Who runs Heistmate
Heistmate is run by Sheba Media LLC in the United States. Write to ops@heistmate.com about anything in this notice.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- That you confirmed you're 18 or older and want the launch email.
- When you joined and when you confirmed your address.
- Your browser's language, so the launch email can be in it.
When you send the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, sent it. To do that, Cloudflare processes signals such as your IP address and details of your browser. We don't store your IP address.
Why
To send you the launch email you asked for. We rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), and you can withdraw it at any time. The bot check relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this site and the waitlist database, and runs the bot check.
- Resend sends our emails.
Both work for us and are based in the United States, so your data is processed there. We haven't appointed a representative in the EU or the UK.
How long we keep it
If you don't confirm your address within 7 days, we delete it. If you confirm, we keep it until you leave the waitlist, with the link in any of our emails or by writing to us, and then delete it.
Your rights
You can leave with the link in our emails or by writing to us. You can also ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or take it elsewhere. If you're in the EU, the UK or Brazil, you can complain to your data protection authority.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. The waitlist is only for people who are 18 or older.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
